Cancellation policy
- Cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your rental starts — you get a full refund.
- Cancel within 7 days of the start and the booking is non-refundable. The vendor has already reserved the equipment for your dates.
- If the vendor cancels, you always get a full refund, whenever it happens.
Care, damage & late returns
- Cleaning Expectations
- Please return items in the condition they arrived. A basic wipe-down is appreciated — standard cleaning is included. Excessive soiling (mud, wax, food residue) may incur a cleaning fee.
- Late Return Policy
- Returns are due by the agreed return time. Late returns are charged one additional rental day for each day late. If you need more time, contact us before the return date and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Damage Responsibility
- Renters are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Missing or broken items are charged at replacement cost. Please report any damage as soon as it happens.
