How PartyShare Works
A simple overview of how renters find local rentals, review listing details, choose dates and quantities, and request a booking.
PartyShare helps you discover party and event rentals from local vendors. Start by browsing listings, then review the item details, rental terms, dates, quantity, and fulfillment options before requesting a booking.
1. Find a rental
Search or browse the categories that match your event. Open a listing to see the item, price per day, vendor information, location, rental terms, rules, and available fulfillment options.
2. Review the listing before you act
Confirm that the item fits your event. Check the description, photos, quantity, rental terms, any additional fees shown on the listing, and whether pickup or delivery is offered. If you are comparing several options, use How to Compare Party Rental Listings.
3. Choose your rental dates and quantity
On a listing, choose the start and end dates and times first. PartyShare can use those dates to determine the quantity available for your rental period. See Choosing Dates, Times, Quantity & Fulfillment.
4. Request the booking
Once the listing details match your needs, follow the booking controls shown on the listing. For the current renter-facing listing flow, the primary action is Request to book. Read Requesting a Booking: What Happens Next before you submit.
