Each linen is professionally pressed, labeled, placed on a complimentary hanger and protected with a plastic cover. Please order at least five days before your event. A $30 small-order delivery fee applies when the combined linen rental subtotal is under $100; the fee is waived when the linen subtotal is $100 or more. Color availability is confirmed when the order is accepted. Lifestyle photos are for styling inspiration only and may show linens that differ from the exact rental. Cancellation policy
- Cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your rental starts — you get a full refund.
- Cancel within 7 days of the start and the booking is non-refundable. The vendor has already reserved the equipment for your dates.
- If the vendor cancels, you always get a full refund, whenever it happens.
- Cleaning ExpectationsPlease return items in the condition they arrived. A basic wipe-down is appreciated — standard cleaning is included. Excessive soiling (mud, wax, food residue) may incur a cleaning fee.
- Late Return PolicyReturns are due by the agreed return time. Late returns are charged one additional rental day for each day late. If you need more time, contact us before the return date and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Damage ResponsibilityRenters are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Missing or broken items are charged at replacement cost. Please report any damage as soon as it happens.
- Linen orders must be placed at least five days before the rental start date.
