Do I need a permit for a tent in College Park?
Tents at special events in Prince George’s County go through the Department of Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement (DPIE), with a temporary use and occupancy permit. Apply about 45 days ahead. The county does not publish a single size threshold, so ask DPIE about your tent. Source: Prince George’s County special event permit form
