Vendor Launch-Ready Checklist
Use PartyShare’s launch-readiness framework to confirm that the account, listings, availability, fulfillment, policies, and first response workflow are ready for real renters.
A PartyShare vendor is launch-ready when the account can reliably support a renter from listing discovery through response and fulfillment - not simply when registration is complete.
Launch-readiness score
The blueprint recommends a 100-point readiness model with a target of 85 points and no critical item missing. Treat this as an operating QA framework unless PartyShare implements the score directly in the product.
| Component | Points |
|---|---|
| Business and identity verified | 10 |
| Stripe onboarding complete | 10 |
| Provider profile complete | 5 |
| Minimum viable catalog reached | 15 |
| Listing quality standard reached | 15 |
| Pricing and quantities configured | 10 |
| Pickup/delivery configuration complete | 10 |
| Availability updated | 10 |
| Deposit, damage and cancellation terms complete | 10 |
| Test inquiry or transaction completed | 5 |
Critical items
Verification, Stripe/payout setup, fulfillment terms, policies, and availability are considered mandatory in the blueprint regardless of the numeric score. Publication of policy-sensitive guidance still depends on current approved PartyShare policy.
